Please note we allow 2 business days to process, pick & pack your order, however in most cases orders are dispatched on the same business day. All orders ship from our warehouse located in Melbourne, Australia. We offer shipping to the following locations: Australia, New Zealand, USA and UK.

Kindly note, that we do not cover the cost of any import fees if applicable to your region. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information. Kindly note, due to the recent changes regarding imports to the United States, there will now be a 10% customs fee charged once your purchase is processed at US customs. The payment of this fee is the responsibility of the customer and is not applicable for a refund upon any kind of return or exchange.

Late/Delayed Parcels 
Most late items arrive within a 3 day window of their estimated arrival date. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking details to follow the parcels progress. If you would like an update on the progress of your delivery shoot us an email at info@thesaltyfox.com.au and our customer service team will happily assist you.

Order Errors 
If you've noticed you have made an error on your order confirmation then send us an email ASAP at info@thesaltyfox.com.au The sooner you let us know, the better chance we have of amending the errors. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee changes will be processed before your order is dispatched. If you order has already been dispatched you may process a return or exchange request within 30 days. 

If you believe there is a missing or incorrect item in your parcel please take a picture of what was received and send us an email at info@thesaltyfox.com.au so we can make it right. We try to ensure that every order is perfect however human error can sometimes occur so our team will happily assist you with errors.
