All USA orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Arizona. 

Street address is required for delivery, unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time.

EXPRESS :  $15.00 USD 1 - 3 Business Days

Orders placed prior to 12PM EST Mon-Fri ship same day. Any orders placed after 12PM EST will ship the following business day.

The Salty Fox is an Australian Company with our original warehouse being located in Melbourne. 

To ensure a faster service for our customers based in the United States we also have a warehouse located in Arizona. All orders with a delivery address in the United States will be dispatched from this location.

The sooner you let us know, the better chance we have of amending the delivery address and avoid any delays.

Unfortunately if we are unable to amend the delivery address in time, we won't be able to get a refund on postage costs from the courier.

In some cases it is possible to divert deliveries and change the address while it is in transit however please note that this will delay the delivery and attract additional postage charges. Click on the "Get Help" button on your tracking page to find out more.

If your order has just been dispatched then it will take a few hours for any information to appear. Check back in a few hours and if there is still no information, shoot us an email at info@thesaltyfox.com.au.

First double check the shipping address on your shipping or order confirmation email is correct as minor errors in shipping address are the main cause for orders being returned to sender.
