TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. OVERVIEW

This Giveaway is run by The Salty Fox ABN 38 350 362 682 trading as The Salty Fox, based in Victoria, Australia (referred to in these Terms as “The Salty Fox”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the Giveaway. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All instructions and information published by The Salty Fox on its website and social media platforms in connection with this Giveaway form part of these Terms.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The Giveaway opens at12:00 AM AEST on Monday 14 September 2026 and closes at11:59 PM AEST on Sunday 27 September 2026 (Promotional Period).

No entries will be accepted after the Promotional Period has ended. The Salty Fox accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or lost entries.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees, contractors, directors, management and other persons directly involved with The Salty Fox, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

The Salty Fox reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Entrant and to disqualify any Entrant who does not comply with these Terms, including where an entry is found to be fraudulent, misleading, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

4. VALID ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Entrants may enter the Giveaway in either of the following ways:

a) Competition entry form

Entrants may complete and submit the official Giveaway entry form during the Promotional Period.

Each Entrant may submitone valid competition entry form during the Promotional Period.

b) Purchase

Entrants may also receive an additional entry for each purchase made from The Salty Fox during the Promotional Period.

There is no minimum purchase amount required to receive a purchase entry.

For example, an Entrant who submits the competition entry form and makes three separate purchases during the Promotional Period will receive four total entries.

Entries are personal to the Entrant and cannot be transferred to another person.

The Salty Fox reserves the right to invalidate any entry that is incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent, misleading, submitted outside the Promotional Period or otherwise does not comply with these Terms.

Any costs associated with entering the Giveaway are the responsibility of the Entrant.

5. WINNER SELECTION & PRIZES

You acknowledge that the outcome of the competition Draw is final, and we will not enter into any communication with you regarding the administration, rules, or results of the Giveaway.

The Prize Winner will be drawn and announced as follows:

The Winner will be selected using the following random selection process:

1. Each valid entry will be recorded in a CSV file and assigned a corresponding row number.
2. All eligible row numbers will be entered into a random number generator.
3. A random number will be generated.
4. The entry corresponding to the selected row number will be declared the Winner.

The Winner will be contacted privately by email onMonday 28 September 2026.

The result of the draw is final, subject to any applicable laws. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the administration or outcome of the draw except where required by law.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The Winner will be notified by email onMonday 28 September 2026 using the contact details provided when entering the Giveaway.

The Winner must respond within48 hours of being contacted and provide any information reasonably requested by The Salty Fox, including:

a) Proof of identity;
b) Proof of age; and/or
c) Proof of Australian or New Zealand residency.

If the Winner does not respond within 48 hours, or fails to provide the requested information within7 days of being contacted, The Salty Fox may deem the Prize forfeited.

If the Prize is forfeited, The Salty Fox may select a replacement Winner using the same random selection process.

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS

The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The Winner is only eligible to win one Prize during the Promotional Period.

The Apple Watch is subject to Apple's applicable terms, conditions and warranty.

The Salty Fox is not responsible for any additional costs associated with the use of the Prize that are not expressly included in the Prize description.

The $500 The Salty Fox Digital Gift Card is subject to The Salty Fox's applicable gift card terms and conditions.

If the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond The Salty Fox's reasonable control, The Salty Fox reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

The Salty Fox makes no representation or warranty regarding the Prize beyond any rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

8. WINNER PUBLICITY

The Winner will initially be contacted privately by email.

By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees that The Salty Fox may use their name, likeness, image and/or other identifying details in reasonable promotional and marketing materials relating to the Giveaway and The Salty Fox.

The Winner may be announced on The Salty Fox's website, social media channels, email communications and other marketing channels.

The Winner will not be publicly announced before they have been successfully contacted and verified.

9. PRIVACY AND MARKETING CONSENT

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with The Salty Fox's Privacy Policy.

By entering the Giveaway, Entrants consent to The Salty Fox collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, contacting the Winner, verifying eligibility and conducting related promotional activities.

Entrants who enter through the competition entry form will initially be added to a dedicated Giveaway email list.

During the Promotional Period, The Salty Fox may send Entrants communications relating to the Giveaway and The Salty Fox.

After the Promotional Period has ended, Entrants will be added to The Salty Fox's main marketing list and may receive marketing communications about The Salty Fox's products, services, offers and other relevant content.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time after the Promotional Period.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications after the Promotional Period will not affect the validity of an otherwise valid entry or the Winner's eligibility to receive the Prize.

The Salty Fox may disclose personal information to service providers and other parties reasonably required to administer the Giveaway, including email marketing providers, technology providers, prize suppliers and delivery providers.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Salty Fox, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents and related entities will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, expense or claim arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

The Salty Fox is not responsible for any technical malfunction, telecommunications failure, website interruption, network failure, lost or delayed entries, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation in the Giveaway.

To the extent permitted by law, The Salty Fox is not responsible for any additional conditions imposed by third-party suppliers in relation to the Prize or for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Prize.

11. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

The Giveaway may be promoted through Instagram and Facebook.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

Entrants release Instagram and Facebook from any claims or demands arising from or in connection with their participation in the Giveaway.

Entrants acknowledge that their participation is also subject to the applicable terms, policies and guidelines of the relevant social media platform.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any dispute arising in connection with the Giveaway or these Terms should first be raised with The Salty Fox so that the parties may attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
